1 bottle of Elmer’s Glue (liquid white glue) 

2 Large Elmer’s Glue sticks (1.4oz) 

1 Purell hand sanitizer (large only please) 

1 bottle of liquid hand soap 

2 Rolls of paper towels (sealed) 

2 boxes of tissues 

1 toddler bed sheet and fitted sheet (not crib sheet) 

1 Zip lock XL bag (to put our sheets in) 

1 Box of Gallon size Zip lock bags 

4 pack of 5 oz. Playdough (please playdough brand only) 

2 boxes of baby wipes 

1 large container of Clorox Wipes 

1 box of Bandaids

Kindergarten Supply List September 2023-2024

Dear Parent/Guardian, 

Welcome to Kindergarten at P.S. 216! Below is a list of supplies your child will need. Please make sure all supplies are brought in by the end of the first week of school. Please make sure your child’s name is on EVERYTHING.

• • 2 hard covered notebooks WIDE RULED ONLY
  • 2 boxes of “Crayola” crayons (24 count)
  • 2 boxes of “Sharpened” pencils (Ticonderoga brand)
  • 4 HARD PLASTIC 2 pocket folders  (No paper folders)
  • 1 pair of safety scissors
  • 2 Large Elmer’s glue stick
  • 2 Packages of BLACK ONLY SKINNY dry erase markers
  • 2 rolls of paper towels
  • 2 boxes of tissues (no toilet paper)
  • 1 Clorox Wipes
  • A pair of Headphones (NOT Earbuds, NOT Wireless)
  • 1 bottle of hand sanitizer
  • 1 package of Post Its
  • 1 SOFT lunch box if your child brings lunch from home
  • 1 package of SKINNY Crayola Markers
  • We suggest a child sized water bottle for your child to have throughout the day.

Dear Parents,
To help you purchase school supplies when they go on sale during the summer vacation, we are providing
you with this list for first grade so your child can be prepared for a new school year !

Supplies for School
● 4 hard covered notebooks (NO SPIRALS)- WIDE RULE ONLY
● 2 packages of #2 pencils Ticonderoga with erasers – SHARPENED
● 2 Pentel Erasers
● 1 SOFT pencil case
● 2 boxes of Crayola 24 pack crayons
● 1 box of Crayola colored pencils
● 1 LARGE Elmer’s glue stick
● 4 heavy duty poly plastic folders with prongs and pockets – (POCKETS ON THE BOTTOM)
● 1 black folder that is labeled Science
● 2 packs of thin Expo dry erase markers- low odor - BLACK ONLY
● 2 packages of post-it notes – (size 3” x 3”- POST-IT BRAND ONLY)
● 1 pair of safety scissors
● 1 pair of headphones (no earbuds- OVER HEAD ONLY)
● 3 boxes of tissues
● 2 rolls of paper towels
● 2 Lysol Wipes
● 1 package of 8.5x11 copy paper
● 2 packs of hand sanitizer (Purell only)

● Boys should bring 1 box of 2 gallon Ziploc bags, 1 package of sheet protectors (no more than 10)
● Girls should bring 1 box of 1 gallon Ziploc bags, 1 quart size Ziploc bags

Please keep in mind that in order for your child to be able to participate fully in classroom activities, he
or she must have a complete set of school supplies. No school supplies will be shared. Your
cooperation on this matter is greatly appreciated.

• 6 two packet heavy duty poly folders  with 3 prongs ( 1 red, 1 yellow, 2 blue 1 green, 1 black )
• 1 pair of child scissors (fiskars blunt tip)
• 1 Elmers Glue Stick
• 1 roll scotch tape
